How to send an email to an end user (Contact) from a salesforce ticket?

Sending an Email to an End User (Contact) from a SalesForce Ticket

  • On the ticket VIEW screen (not the Edit screen), scroll to the Case Comments section and click the Add button.
  • Write your comment as if it were an email and click Save. The text of the comment will be emailed to the end user.
