How to Add Parent Ticket Number

Follow the below steps as mentioned to add parent ticket number in the field:

  • While creating a ticket, double click on “Parent Case” to enter the parent ticket number.

Note: If an Agent receives a call from a user for a same issue within 72 hours then agents should always mention the parent ticket number in the “Parent Ticket” field.
