Student Accounts

Compton College uses the Chancellor’s Office Tax Offset Program (COTOP). This interception is done once a year for students’ state income tax refund, lottery winnings or other state refunds. The program is for a year. Upon interception of the info, the college receives a list of students who have been intercepted and each student’s account is updated.
