Forgotten/Unknown Temporary Password

If you have lost your temporary password or need other help setting up your password for the first time, click on the Help Video at www.compton.edu/support Labeled “How to activate your Office 365 account and log into MyCompton”

• Your temporary password follows a formula: Aa + [two digit year of birth] + [two digit month of birth] + [two digit day of birth] + !

If you’re not logging in for the first time and have forgotten your password, click “Can’t access your account” on the sign-in window and follow the security question prompts.
