Information Release Authorization Form

In order to release information to a parent or third-party, the student will need to complete the Information Release Authorization Form found here: www.compton.edu/studentservices/admissionandrecords/Forms/Release-Information-Form.pdf

NOTE: The form will remain in effect from the date signed until revoked in writing by the student, or until the student is no longer enrolled in college.
